THE TEAM
Warren D. Lukesh has been a valued member of the Atago Pacific group for over 10 years. He oversees the financial operations of the group. In addition, he is actively involved in negotiating and closing real estate debt and equity. He is active in our real estate development activities from governmental approvals, due diligence and financial viability. He also provides asset management duties in California, Texas and for Beacon Housing, a non-profit housing enterprise. Mr. Lukesh received a B.S. in real estate from the University of Pacific and completed an accounting certificate leading to a CPA from UCLA.
