Alexander Good
Managing Partner
Mr. Good has over 36 years working experience both in the public and private commerce sector. He began his career at O’Melvenny and Myers as an attorney working on international acquisitions. In 1981 he began working in the public sector for the Reagan administration in the Department of the Interior as well as the Department of Commerce where he directed 1,300 personnel and oversaw an $80 million international trade network in 200 locations worldwide. In 1990, Mr. Good transitioned to the private sector were he created and led SkyTel International, a mobile telecommunications and technology corporation. While at Skytel he grew the international portfolio in 3 years from zero to a valuation of over $250 million. After 1994 Mr. Good continued to work in the telecommunications industry acting as President and CEO for Bell Atlantic Int’l and Executive Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development of Verizon Wireless. More recently Mr. Good acted as Chairman, CEO and President for Skyterra Communications, Inc., a North American mobile satellite services company. Under his guidance the company went public through a reverse merger transaction, closed three major debt financings, including one senior secured public debt ($750mm) and two rounds of junior private debt ($650mm) and increased the value of wholly owned subsidiary TerreStar Networks form $650mm to $850mm in 18 months. Mr. Good received his A.B. degree from the University of California, Berkley and obtained his J.D. Degree from Loyola University School of Law in Los Angeles, Ca.
