THE TEAM
Todd Samuelson has been based in Hong Kong covering the real estate markets in Asia since 2006. He worked at Colliers International in its Corporate Service Division for 10 years. During this time he covered Asia, Middle East and Africa. Todd was a real estate consultant and acted as a single point of contact for all corporate needs for clients such as, Hanesbrands, Alcoa, Verizon, British Telecom, Kimberley Clark, Avnet, On-Semiconductor etc. Todd has lead the analysis, developed the requirement and transacted real estate requirements in all of the major markets in China, Japan, Korea, India, Sri Lanka, ASEAN countries, Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, Egypt, Nigeria, South Africa, as well as Paris, London, New York and Los Angeles. Along with working internationally Todd also speaks Mandarin. Major transactions include setting up over a million square feet of office space for British Telecom in India, a million square feet business park for Alcoa in Zhuzhou outside of Shanghai, sale of Kimberley Clark’s.
Mr. Samuelson is a valued member of Atago Pacific group with a range of responsibilities including, real estate asset management, tenant/client relations and originations. He received a BA in environmental science from Pitzer College.
